This is the home of the NE-5A 2009 Conclave! The Conclave this year will be hosted by Japeechen Lodge of Jersey Shore Council.
We encourage Brothers from all involved Lodges to check back often to find important Conclave updates.

Less than 24 hours away and I'm so excited I think I'll just sleep in my car tonight so I can get the earliest start possible. Can't wait to see everyone there, so please drive safe!
Also, as of 9pm, EST, the online registration for Conclave is closed. We need time to arrange the data for those running the event. Please don't worry...if you've registered for the event with your home Lodge, you are still expected to at Camp Citta tomorrow night.

In just a few days, NE-5A 2009 Conclave will begin at Joseph A. Citta Scout Reservation. Camp Citta is ready...are you? Over 180 tents and 360 cots have been set up, Physical Arrangements and Activities committees are checking their lists, Kitchen and Dining Hall committees are making sure we have great food and a good place to eat. Matt Lysy, our Conclave Chairman, has been heard stating how much he can't wait for the weekend. It will will be a GREAT weekend!
Two quick notes. First, if you haven't signed up electronically, there's still time. We'll continue to accept sign-ups online until Thursday (remember you still have to pay through your home Lodge). Secondly, if you're not sure the best way to JASCR, we recommend exiting from the Garden State Parkway at exit 69 and following the signs - check Mapquest for a the route.

This weekend marks Japeechen Lodge's second Ordeal. During that time, we'll keep a close eye out to see how things are coming together for Conclave...in just one week! Upon our return, we'll make sure to post our observations and try to give you some insights on what to expect for NE-5A's first Conclave.

Event sign-ups are now open! If you've registered to attend with your home Lodge, you still need to complete this critical step so we can build our event database. It only takes a minute!

Mark your calenders! Send in your payments! Conclave fees for 2009 are $35 per participant. Brothers should send in their registrations to their respective lodges.
